Sharp Dip for Chips Recipe

- 2 small green peppers
- 1 cup stuffed olives
- 1 pound sharp cheese
- 2 eggs, hard-cooked
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- Few drops of garlic juice (optional)
- Few grains salt
- Dash of black pepper (freshly ground)
- Wash green peppers.
- Removed stem end, pith, and seeds.
- Put peppers, olives, cheese, hard-cooked eggs into the grinder.
- Add grated onion, garlic juice, and seasoning.
- Mix well.
- Let stand in a cool place for a few hours to ripen and mellow he flavor.
