Scotch Lace Cookies Recipe

Scotch Lace Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 package instant butterscotch pudding
- 2 cups quick Quaker oats
- 3/4 cup oleo, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup pecans
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients by hand
- Shape into balls size of walnut
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet about 3" apart
- Flatten slightly
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes
- Cool before removing from pan
