Sausage Potato Casserole

Sausage Potato Casserole

Cook Time: 1 minute
Total Time: 1 minute


  • 1 pound pork sausage links
  • 5 potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1 no 303 can tomatoes or stewed tomatoes (303 is 2 cups by volume or ~16 ounces of weight)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter
  • Bread crumbs


  1. Fry sausage until brown
  2. Cut the sausage into small pieces
  3. Layer potatoes, tomatoes, sausage, and seasonings in buttered casserole dish until all ingredients are used
  4. Cover with bread crumbs
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft
