Sausage Potato Casserole Recipe

- 1 pound pork sausage links
- 5 potatoes, sliced thin
- 1 no 303 can tomatoes or stewed tomatoes (303 is 2 cups by volume or ~16 ounces of weight)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bread crumbs
- Fry sausage until brown
- Cut the sausage into small pieces
- Layer potatoes, tomatoes, sausage, and seasonings in buttered casserole dish until all ingredients are used
- Cover with bread crumbs
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft
