
Salt Pork (backbone and ribs)
Ingredients
- 1 pint salt
- 1 pint brown sugar
- 1 gallon water
Instructions
- Let come to boil
- Put meat in and boil 10 minutes
- Then pack in jar and cover with liquid
- When using always reheat lard and pour over
