Salmon Squares With Pea Sauce Casserole
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound salmon, not drained
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/8 cup green pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce (or more)
- 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
Topping
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 3 ounce can mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cup cooked peas
- 2 tablespoons pimento, chopped
