Salmon Loaf With Cheese Sauce Recipe

- 1 lb. can salmon
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs
- ¾ cup milk
- (1? OK?) 2 eggs beaten slightly
- 1½ T melted butter, opt?
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- salt & pepper
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- Mix all ingredients except boiled eggs.
- Pack ½ mixture in a greased pan & slice eggs over it.
- Pack rest on top.
- Bake at 350° for ½ hr.
- Slice & serve hot with cheese sauce made by melting ½ lb. cheese with ⅓ cup milk in top of double boiler.
