Salmon Loaf With Cheese Sauce

Salmon Loaf With Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. can salmon
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¾ cup milk
  • (1? OK?) 2 eggs beaten slightly
  • 1½ T melted butter, opt?
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 hard boiled eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except boiled eggs.
  2. Pack ½ mixture in a greased pan & slice eggs over it.
  3. Pack rest on top.
  4. Bake at 350° for ½ hr.
  5. Slice & serve hot with cheese sauce made by melting ½ lb. cheese with ⅓ cup milk in top of double boiler.
