Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoons onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- pepper
- flour
- margarine or butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
- Mix the ground beef, egg, oats, ketchup, water, onion, and seasoning
- Form into 6 patties
- Roll in flour
- Brown each patty in margarine or butter
- Add the can of cream of mushroom soup and one can of water over patties
- Cover and simmer for 45 minutes
