Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 T flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 T prepared mustard
- ⅓ cup vinegar
- ⅓ cup water
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
Instructions
- Mix together the flour and sugar
- Add the egg and mustard
- Add the vinegar and water and cook until thick
- Remove from heat & stir in 3T butter.
- Thin with ½ cup of mayo, ½ cup evap milk.
