Ruth Clark's Cheesecake (VRP 350)

Ingredients

  • 18 oz. Cream cheese
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar (heaping)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Almond extract

Instructions

Beat in mixer
Pour in Graham Cracker pie or Zweibach crush
Bake 20 to 20 minutes at 375.
