Rocky Road Sundae
Ingredients
- 6-ounce package semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup salted peanuts
- 1 cup tiny marshmallow pieces
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Combine chocolate pieces and milk in top of double boiler.
- Heat until chocolate is melted and blended with milk
- Add peanuts and marshmallows.
- Dip ice cream into six chilled sherbet glasses.
- Serve sauce either hot or cold atop individual servings of vanilla ice cream.
Notes
(Remaining sauce may be stored covered in refrigerator.)
