Rocky Road Cake

Rocky Road Cake


  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup small marshmallow
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 pkg, 12 oz, chocolate chips
  • 1 (18 oz) devils food cake mix with pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup real mayonnaise or ¼ cup yoghurt & ¾ cup salad dressing


  1. Grease & flour Bundt cake pan.
  2. Combine the nuts, raisins, marshmallows & chocolate chips.
  3. Mix in large bowl cake mix, eggs, mayonnaise & water until well blended.
  4. Beat 2 mix at medium speed.
  5. Stir in nut mixture.
  6. Bake in 350 ° oven for 50 min.
  7. Cool in pan 15 mins.
  8. Remove from pan & cool on rack.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar.
