Rhubarb Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 cups diced rhubarb
- 3-4 slices of bread, buttered and cubed
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- nutmeg or cinnamon
Instructions
- Beat 3 eggs. Add 1¼ cups sugar, 3 cups diced rhubarb, 3 or 4 slices of bread that has been buttered and cubed, and ¼ cup melted butter.
- May add nutmeg or cinnamon.
- Bake 350 for one hour.
