Rhubarb Jelly (VRP 001)
Ingredients
- 8 cups rhubarb
- 6 cups sugar
- 2 packages strawberry JELL-O
Instructions
- Cook the rhubarb and sugar together for 5 minutes
- Remove the rhubarb from heat
- Add the strawberry JELL-O and mix well
- Stir well and place in glasses (canning jars)
