Rhubarb Jelly Recipe (VRP 001)

Ingredients

  • 8 cups rhubarb
  • 6 cups sugar
  • 2 packages JELL-O (strawberry?)

Instructions

  1. Add rhubarb and sugar to large pot and boil for 5 five minutes
  2. Remove from heat and add the gelatin
  3. Still well
  4. Put into glasses

COOK’S NOTES

  • Most recipes I have seen add strawberry JELL-O to the rhubarb when canning
  • This is a canning recipe
