Rhubarb Crunch
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 5 T powdered sugar
- ¼ cup oleo
- 2 eggs - beaten
- 1½ cups sugar
- ¼ cup flour
- ¾ t. salt
- 2 cups chopped rhubarb.
Instructions
- Mix the flour, powdered sugar, and oleo and put in 7x11 pan.
- Bake 15 min - 350°
- Put over the crust & bake 35 more minutes.
