Reception Salad
Reception Salad (VRP 350)
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 lg. can pineapple crushed
- 1 small can pimento
- 2 pkg. 3 oz. cream cheese mashed
- ½ cup diced celery
- 2/3 cup Eng. walnuts
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- ½ pint whipping cream whipped
Instructions
Drain juice from pineapple
Boil and mix with jello
When slightly thickened, add other ingredients and mold.
