Quick Crisp Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2¼ cups sifted flour
  • ½ teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Add:

  • ½ cup shortening or butter (soft)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs unbeaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla or ½ teas. nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Beat until well blended - about 2 min.
