- 1 cup Graham crackers
- ½ cup ginger snaps
- 5 T butter
- 1 lb cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 lb can Pumpkin [Heavy or Solid]
- ¾ tsp Gr. Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Gr CLoves
- 2 T Bourbon
- 4 eggs lightly beaten added last
- 350°, 35-40 min.
- Beat just until eggs are blended in.
- Pour into pan.
