- 12 med. potatoes pared and cut into halves
- 4 tbs. butter
- 1 cup hot milk
- t tsp. salt
- 2 tbs. melted butter
- Cook potatoes in salt water until tender - drain - mash well with 4 tbs. butter, hot milk, seasoning.
- Spoon into 10" pie pan using a spoon.
- Fluff the top to stand in peaks.
- Drizzle melted butter over top.
- Place under broiler until golden brown 3 to 5 min.
