Potato Soup Recipe

- 10# potato
- 3# onion - chop fine
- 1# carrot - chop fine
- 1 - 16oz peas (I use 2 cups)
- celery - chop fine
- 6 cans cr. chicken soup (I use 2)
- 2 qt milk
- Barely cover pot with H2O & 2T. salt.
- Cook not more than 10 min
- Cover veg with H2O - save all H2O.
- Put together in roaster
- I put flour & milk to thicken.
