Potato Sausage Bake

Potato Sausage Bake (VRP 200)

Ingredients

  • 2½ c. flour and shortening for pastry
  • 1 # lean sausage
  • 6 medium potatoes diced

Instructions

Roll 2/3 of pastry to 1/8" - use to lime
9" pie pan. Fill with potatoes. Top with sausage. Then pastry. Bake 350 for 1 hour (Serves 6)
