Pork Chops With Corn Dressing
Yield: 4 - 6 servings

Pork Chops With Corn Dressing

Cook Time: 1 hour
Total Time: 1 minute

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cans cream style corn
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/3 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons pimento, chopped
  • 4 slices white bread, cubed (about 2 cups)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 - 6 pork chops, 1" thick

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients, except the pork chops.
  2. Spoon mixture into a greased 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan
  3. Sprinkle with additional paprika and salt
  4. Brown pork chops and add to the top of the dressing
  5. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
  6. Uncover and bake another 30 minutes or until chops are done
