Popcorn Granola Bars
Ingredients
- 6 cups popped corn
- 2 cups granola, plain
- 3 cups small marshmallows
- 1/2 cup butterscotch pieces
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine the popcorn and granola
- Set the mixture aside
- In a heavy saucepan, combine the marshmallows, butterscotch pieces, peanut butter, butter, and salt
- Stir over low heat until the mixture is melted and smooth
- Pour over the popcorn / granola mixture and stir quickly to coat evenly
- Press mixture into a buttered 13" x 9" x 2" pan
- Cut into bars
