Special is in the upper right hand corner.
- Boiling hot water
- Frying pan delicately anointed with butter.
- When hot, in goes eggs.
- Season quickly, clamp on lid, and remove from fire for 30 seconds.
- Replace pan on heat.
- One teaspoon full of boiling water slowly poured over each egg
- Place lid for 1 1/2 minutes
