Plain Good Cake


  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 small jars Plum baby food
  • 1 tsp Red Cake coloring
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 2 cups flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp soda


  1. Cook 1 hr - 350°.
  2. Cook for 10 min. before removing.
  3. Grease & flour pan. Bundt pan.
