Pecan Candy Recipe

- 2 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cup pecans
- Cook until thick
- Add 1 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon vanilla, beat in 2 cup pecans.
- Turn out in round mounds on oil paper.
- Allow to stand until set. [Wrap] in oil paper.
