Peach Custard Pie

Peach Custard Pie


  • 1 - 2 egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup juice or milk
  • Peaches


  1. Line a baking pan with crust
  2. Add peaches on top of the crust
  3. In a saucepan, all the egg yolk(s), cornstarch, sugar, and juice or milk
  4. Cook until smooth
  5. Our over peaches
  6. Bake at 350 degrees until done
