Overnight Chicken Casserole

Overnight Chicken Casserole

Cook Time: 1 hour
Total Time: 1 minute

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts or 1 cooled chicken, cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 cups broth (save broth from cooked chicken)
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 cup Uncle Ben's rice
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 3/4 cups Miracle Whip or mayo

Instructions

  1. Line casserole dish with chicken breasts
  2. Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken
  3. Refrigerate overnight
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours
