Ingredients

  • Package frozen peaches
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 2/3 cup cream

Instructions

  1. Mix peaches, sugar, and spices
  2. Add to baking dish
  3. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes
  4. Blend egg yolks and cream
  5. Pour over peaches and bake for another 30 minutes
