Onion Beef Casserole

Onion Beef Casserole

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • Package soup mix
  • 1 cup cooked macaroni
  • Longhorn cheese (Colby cheese), grated

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef
  2. Drain the beef and add back to pan
  3. Add the flour, tomato sauce, water, and soup mix
  4. Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes
  5. Add the cooked macaroni
  6. Place the ingredients in a flat baking dish
  7. Sprinkle with grated cheese
  8. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
