Onion Beef Casserole Recipe

- 1 1/2 ground beef
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 cups water
- Package soup mix
- 1 cup cooked macaroni
- Longhorn cheese (Colby cheese), grated
- Brown the ground beef
- Drain the beef and add back to pan
- Add the flour, tomato sauce, water, and soup mix
- Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes
- Add the cooked macaroni
- Place the ingredients in a flat baking dish
- Sprinkle with grated cheese
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
