COOK’S NOTES

You can also put all the ingredients in the shell and mix with your fingers but it takes longer to bake
For larger pie increase milk to 2 cups and 3 1/2 tablespoons flour
Can use canned or skim milk
Leave out butter if you wish
Also, cinnamon can be used with nutmeg in place of it
