No Weep Meringue Recipe

No Weep Meringue

No Weep Meringue


  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Dash of salt
  • 3 egg whites


  1. Combine all ingredients except egg whites and cook over low heat until mixture turns white.
  2. Cool.
  3. Beat 3 egg whites until very stiff and fold into cooled mixture.
  4. Spread on pie and brown in 350-degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
