No Weep Meringue Recipe

- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Dash of salt
- 3 egg whites
- Combine all ingredients except egg whites and cook over low heat until mixture turns white.
- Beat 3 egg whites until very stiff and fold into cooled mixture.
- Spread on pie and brown in 350-degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
