No Crust Coconut Pie Recipe

No Crust Coconut Pie
Ingredients
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1¾ cup sugar
- 2 cups whole milk
- ¾ stick oleo - melted
- ¾ cup all purpose flour
- one (1) tablespoon vanilla
- 2 cups flake coconut
Instructions
- Combine all the above.
- Beat until well blended.
- Divide and pour equal amounts into two greased 9" pie plates. 350° for 30 to 40 min. or until light golden brown.
