
Mousse au Chocolate (VRP 034)
Ingredients
- 4 squares of bitter sweet chocolate
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Sugar to taste
Instructions
- Break chocolate into small pieces and melt until smooth in a double boiler
- Beat egg white until stiff and fold in chocolate
- Whip cream until fluffy and sweeten with sugar to taste
- Fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture
- Chill well before serving
