Mother’s Scalloped Chicken Recipe

- 1 boiled chicken
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 loaf bread, toasted (less if you want it richer)
- Gravy made from broth (thicken with flour)
- Cook chicken in pressure cooker for 1/2 hour
- Add salt to pressure cooker water
- Place in a 2 quart casserole dish alternating layers of chicken, bread, and gravy
- Bake uncovered at 450 degrees for for 20 - 30 minutes
