Mock Lemon Meringue Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe Lemon Cake Mix
- 2 cups prepared lemon pudding and pie filling
- 1 container (8 ozs.) frozen whipped topping, thawed.
Instructions
- Bake cake as directed on pkg. in a 10-inch tube pan.
- Cool.
- Split cake into three layers.
- Stir pudding and pie filling until smooth.
- Spread ⅓ of filling between each layer and on top of cake.
- Frost sides and center with whipped topping.
- Refrigerate.
