Mississippi Mud Recipe

Mississippi Mud
Ingredients
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1½ cup flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbs. coconut
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbs. cocoa
- 1½ cup nuts
Frosting:
- 1 [hor] powdered sugar
- 1 stick oleo
- ½ cup canned milk
- ½ cup cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Cream sugar, cocoa, oleo.
- Add eggs.
- Mix well.
- Add coconut, flour, & nuts [& vanilla].
- Beat 2 min.
- Bake in 9x13 pan @ 350° for 35 min.
- When done spread 1 lg. jar marshmellow cream over hot cake.
- Let cool.
- Frosting: Spread over the marshmellow cream on top of cake.
