Minty Marshmallow Fudge Recipe

- 1 jar marshmallow cream
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces sweet mint morsels
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- In a medium saucepan, combine the marshmallow cream, sugar, milk, butter, and salt
- Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly over moderate heat
- Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly over moderate heat
- Remove from heat and add the chocolate
- Stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth
- Stir in the nuts and vanilla
- Pour in aluminum foil lined 8" pan
- Chill in the refrigerator until firm - about 2 hours
- Cut into 1" squares
