
Meatballs With Sour Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup corn chips, crushed
- 1 cup milk
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 10 1/2 ounces beef broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- Paprika
Instructions
- Combine corn chips, milk, garlic, parsley flakes, salt, pepper, and ground beef
- Mix and shape into balls
- Place in large shallow pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
- Shake pan to turn meatballs
- Melt butter in 3 quart sauce pan
- Add onion and cook until tender
- Blend in flour
- Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and cook until it comes to a boil
- Reduce heat and add sour cream
- Add meat balls
- Sprinkle with paprika
