Marshmallow Cream Fudge

Marshmallow Cream Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 12 ounces Nestle's Semi Sweet Chocolate Morsels
  • 1/2 cup California walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 jar marshmallow cream*, 1½ cup sugar, 2/3 cup evaporated milk, ¼ cup butter or margarine and ¼ tsp. salt.
  2. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add two 6-oz. pkgs. or one 12-oz. Jumbo pkg (2 c.) NESTLE'S SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE MORSELS and stir till melted.
  5. Add ½ cup chopped California walnuts, 1 tsp. vanilla.
  6. Pour in greased 8" square pan.
  7. Chill till firm.

Notes

Yield: approx 2¼ lbs.

*5-oz to 10-oz jar
