Marshmallow Brownies Recipe

- 1 1/2 cups butterscotch pieces
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 cup small marshmallows
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate pieces
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Grease 9" square pan
- Melt butterscotch pieces and butter in a small saucepan stirring constantly
- Cool to lukewarm
- Transfer mixture to medium size bowl
- Add vanilla, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and egg to the above mixture
- Stir well
- Fold marshmallows, chocolate pieces, and walnuts into mixture
- Spread mixture in pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes
- The center will be jiggly and will become firm upon cooling
- Cut into squares when cool
