Maple Frosting (VRP 034)

Maple Frosting
Ingredients
  • 1 3/4 cup maple sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2/3 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
  1. Cook the maple sugar and water together stirring just until the sugar is dissolved to soft ball stage (238 degrees)
  2. Pour over stiffly beaten egg whites and continue beating until frosting is fluffy and firm enough to spread adding vanilla while beating
