Mandarin Salad Recipe

- ¼ cup sl. almonds
- 1 T + 1 tsp sugar
- ¼ head lettuce
- ¼ head romaine
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 gr. onions
- 1 can mandarin orange (drained)
- ¼ cup oil
- 2 T sugar
- 2 T vinegar
- 1 T parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- Dash pepper
- Cook the almonds and sugar, stirring until sugar melts. Break apart.
- Make the dessing of oil, sugar, vinegar, parsley, salt, and pepper
- Dressing: Stir until sugar = dissolved.
