Make Ahead Breakfast Recipe

- 1# sausage - fry & chop in pieces
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese or velveet cubed
- 1½ cup milk
- 6 slices bread cubed
- 1 teasp dry mustard
- 6 eggs beaten
- Place cubed bread in greased 10" casserole.
- Add milk, cheese, mustard to beaten eggs.
- Sprinkle sausage over bread, add egg mixture, cover tightly & chill overnight.
- Put in cold oven & set temp at 350° for 45 min.
