Lyonnaise Potatoes Recipe
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons oleo
- 1/2 cup Chablis or other dry white wine
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- Baked potatoes, split
- In a sauce pan cook the onions in butter until tender
- Add the wine and simmer a few minutes
- Stir in the soup and water
- Heat stirring occasionally
- Serve over the baked potatoes
