Lyonnaise Potatoes Recipe

Lyonnaise Potatoes
Yield: 2 cups

Lyonnaise Potatoes


  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons oleo
  • 1/2 cup Chablis or other dry white wine
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Baked potatoes, split


  1. In a sauce pan cook the onions in butter until tender
  2. Add the wine and simmer a few minutes
  3. Stir in the soup and water
  4. Heat stirring occasionally
  5. Serve over the baked potatoes
