Little Cocoa Cakes
Ingredients
- ½ cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1⅓ cups flour
- ½ cup cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup hot coffee
Instructions
- Cream shortening and sugar.
- Add egg & beat.
- Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder., soda & salt.
- Add alternately with milk & vanilla.
- Bake cupcakes 375° 25 min.
