Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie (VRP 200)
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon pie fill
- 1 pkg. lime jello - Stir together and add. Add and cook (5"). Do not boil.
- 2 1/4 c. water
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites - Beat and add
- ½ c. sugar
- Fold into above till fluffy
- Put into pie shell - refrigerate 1 hour. Garnish lemon or lime peel
