
Lemon Crusted Blueberry Pie

Ingredients
- 4 cups blueberries
- 3/4 - 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- Dash salt
- 1 - 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon margarine
Instructions
- Combine blueberries, sugar, flour, lemon peel, and salt
- Pour into pie shell
- Cover top of pie with second pie crust
- Drizzle the top pie crust with lemon juice and dot with butter
- Cut slits for steam to escape
- Bake at 400 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes
