Lemon Baked Asparagus Recipe

Lemon Baked Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1-1¼ lb. fresh asparagus or 1 pkg. (10oz.) frozen asparagus spears
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 t. lemon juice
- ½ t. salt
Instructions
- Heat oven - 400°.
- Break off tough ends of asparagus as far down as stalks snap easily, wash spears & drain. (If using frozen asparagus rinse w/ small amount of running cold water to separate & remove ice crystals, drain.)
