Lemon Baked Asparagus

Lemon Baked Asparagus


  • 1-1¼ lb. fresh asparagus or 1 pkg. (10oz.) frozen asparagus spears
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 t. lemon juice
  • ½ t. salt


  1. Heat oven - 400°.
  2. Break off tough ends of asparagus as far down as stalks snap easily, wash spears & drain. (If using frozen asparagus rinse w/ small amount of running cold water to separate & remove ice crystals, drain.)
  3. Arrange asparagus in single layer in ungreased -
